Infopresse Montreal: May 2008

Earlier this week on Tuesday, 12 May 2008, I was invited and spoke at the Infopresse Search Marketing Conference in Montreal, Canada.

First off, I would like to thank my good friend Guillaume, NVI Solutions SEO, for recommending me to Infopresse and also to Veronique Desrosiers for making sure I ate some special Montreal food and saw some different parts of the city.

The conference was fun, even though 90% of all communication was in French. I spoke for about an hour on social media, how to leverage it for marketing, the various types of content that perform well, and what the top social communities are.

Louis-Dominic did a great job summarizing the session and below are my slides for anyone from the conference that wanted a copy:

All in all, I had a wonderful time in Montreal. I sincerely hope I can visit again sometime soon.

    Hi Brent,

It was great to have you in Montreal. I think all marketers in Montreal appreciate your speech as I did.

See you soon in a Social Marketing event ;)
