Tips on Building Social Media Profiles

While at Pubcon this last November, Michael from WebProNews got me and Todd Malicoat to sit down for a few minutes and share some tips on creating a social media profile.

Apparently there was some confusion on which social media platforms we were talking about. To clarify, we were talking about social news and aggregation sites like Reddit, StumbleUpon, and Digg. We were not talking about sites like Facebook, Linkedin, or other similar social profile sites.

We had only a few minutes left of tape, so we went a little fast but there should be a little something to take away from it:

Thanks for the clarity for a minute I thought I needed to revamp all my profiles that I have so painfully worked on the past few months listening to other blogs.
