Erection TV Gets Dugg
In the past, I have seen quite a few sites that display the popular social media site Digg.com, but this one is probably the weirdest I have come across.
ErectionTV.com, by domain, would lead one to expect something a little more pornographic, but when visited, you find a real time duplicate of Digg.com’s front page.
Don’t get too excited though as ErectionTV.com is a ‘look, but don’t touch’ kind of site. Trying to click through to any pages will get you only a lonely 404 page.
Searching around, I found that this domain was actually purchased for $1.04 off Ebay on January 31, 2009.
As always, these types of sites make you wonder what sort of fanboy would make their site into a Digg clone for no other reason than to get their rocks off…
The only other company I have found so many duplicate sites of is Yahoo, which I wrote about earlier this year.

I think Digg and other social media sites lose credibility if people digg and give thumbs up to any site no matter what the content is on the site.It seems that a site can have no content at all and still make it to the top on the social sites.Strange.

Anyways digg,stumble and other social media sites are used for faked popularity and sometimes a good stuff buried around.
This doesn't mean they are of no use,I'm indeed fan of them.
